Harpenden JKA Karate Club: contact Sensei Simon Marchant-Jones Lessons are every Tuesday 7-8.30 pm and Thursday 6-7 pm (beginners), 7-8.30 pm experienced. Beginners course (aged 10 years and over) every Thursday at 6pm. Karate is an excellent way of keeping fit, learning discipline and respect, and being confident you can defend yourself if necessary. Harpenden JKA Karate Club is affiliated to the world renowned Japan Karate Association and Simon Marchant-Jones is a third dan black belt.
